I'm a proud Transportation Alternatives member - but where is the "safety" in leading a convoy of bicycles through the door zone? One would think that if one wanted to empower people to ride their bikes more, that you would have ride leaders with some basic ****ing cyclecraft, who would not lead a convoy of noobs into a cross between Russian Roulette and a meat grinder! Take the lane. Those cars ain't passin' you safely anyway, so you might as well not get your face rearragned by a parked car's door. This is so basic, the video makes me want to scream. Teach cyclists bad habits in groups, and they'll use them when they're alone too. Teach cyclists good habits in groups, and they'll also use them when they're alone. This is moronic.
